A simple review and transfer of a resume to a hiring manager or human resource department represents nothing more than a lottery. Answers are recorded and communicated back for accuracy. The outcomes are the Job Requirement Profile and Candidate Profile Forms. These artifacts represent enduring value for all parties to build awareness of why a "win-win" is probable, and to measure against expectations months after a placement is made. Written job descriptions or resumes are welcome to be e-mailed. The information will be reviewed for short versus long term suitability, and a plan of action can be defined.
